Phase 2

Space Planning.

Based on the information we gather in the programming phase, we develop a space plan tailored to your needs. We then work with your team to perfect the layout so your space functions optimally.

Phase 3

Design Development.

Once the space plan is completed, we develop the look and feel of the space through sketches, elevations, details, finishes, and fixtures selection.

Phase 4

Construction Documents and Specifications.

Once the design is approved, a set of Construction Documents is prepared to outline the requirements for construction in conformance with the local building code. If required, we coordinate any consultants needed, including mechanical and electrical engineers and lighting designers.

Phase 5

Construction.

During construction, we collaborate with a general contractor and the trades to ensure the space is built according to the drawings with the highest degree of quality and craftsmanship. We work with qualified general contractors experienced in commercial interiors and can recommend a company best suited to your project.

Phase 6

Furniture.

We work with local suppliers to specify and coordinate all furniture required for your project.
